Timothy Sexton

(Born 1974, Long Island, New York) 

Is a Fort Lauderdale-based painter who specializes in abstract painting. He is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and has been working as a post-production artist in the fashion world for over 20 years. An avid photographer, Sexton interprets details of his photography onto canvas in a mixed media use of spray paint, acrylic, inks and modeling paste. He is inspired by the old landscape masters and by walking through cities, photographing what he refers to as natural abstractions that surround us.
